Joining a WebEx Meeting

To join a WebEx Meeting, you will need either the email invite or the link to the meeting itself. 

Join the meeting through email

1. You should receive an email from the meeting organizer. Here's an example of what it will look like on Gmail:

2. Click on the button that says 'Join Meeting', and the link will take you to the WebEx site. If it is your first time opening the app, it may ask you to download it. Download the app, and you'll be able to join the meeting. If you already have the app, click either 'Open WebEx' or 'Launch Meeting' to start the meeting.

Join Meeting with a Link

1. If you were sent a link, copy and paste that link into the address bar or click on the link and it will take you to the above pages.

2. Once you've navigated to the link, it will open the app. You will need to enter your name and email address to 'Join as Guest'.

3. If there is a password, you'll be taken to a password screen, wherein you'll need to enter the password. Click 'Join' once it's entered, and you'll join the meeting!

If you need the password, contact the Meeting Organizer and they should be able to send you the right one.
